FREIECK

The "FREIECK" development consists of three new buildings mainly located in core zone A, built in a dense construction style. The red plastered house at the Grüninger-/Grütstrasse intersection recalls the former "Restaurant Freieck," while the two grey buildings with red accents are located along the sidewalk. The development is MINERGIE certified and comprises 27 small apartments plus community facilities such as fitness, cafeteria, and meeting rooms. All apartments are car-free and connected to the underground garage. The outdoor area is landscaped with native plants.
