From the former farmhouse ensembled with barn, stable and courtyard, high-quality residential ownership with history and character was being created at the western entrance to Mönchaltdorf. A listed farmhouse was renovated from the ground up, extended and equipped, connected with the renovated single-family house, a new 6-family building was constructed, and the former barn was rebuilt as a new building. In total, 20 new condominiums were created with generous living spaces, garden seating areas, or balconies/loggias, many with wide views of the Greifensee landscape.
