Born in 1958 in Zurich, Switzerland, Urs is a graduate in Business Administration. He worked for six years in international companies in marketing before starting his own entrepreneurial journey. At the age of 32, he acquired a small trading company in hygiene products, which he successfully expanded and later sold in 2011 to an international group. Since then, Urs has built deep expertise and a strong network in the Zurich real estate market, completing around 20 successful investments in development projects and income-producing properties. In addition, he has invested in promising private equity ventures in clean energy, communication services, and advanced battery systems.

Born in 1955 in Zurich, Switzerland, Markus Meili is a Business Administration graduate (FH) with a specialization in Marketing and has completed executive studies at Harvard University. A close friend of the Leimann family, he has been serving on the Board of Directors of ActivaSwiss AG since 2012. Markus brings over 30 years of experience as CEO of two major international companies e.g. 3M (Health Care), Nielsen Market Research, Lista Office LO, a leading Swiss office furniture manufacturer. Since 2019, he has been working as an independent entrepreneur, advising companies on restructuring and transformation strategies, while also investing in ActivaSwiss AG's real estate projects. Within ActivaSwiss AG, Markus contributes his extensive leadership background and strategic expertise as a valued Board Member and trusted advisor.

Born in 1992 in Zurich, Switzerland, Raffael is the eldest son of Urs Leimann. He graduated from the Belvoir Hotel Management School Zurich and gained early professional experience in the hospitality sector, working as a restaurant manager in leading establishments in Zurich and St. Moritz. He later broadened his expertise with an exposure to private equity in Zurich's financial hub, supporting global start-ups, before transitioning into real estate market in 2018. After completing specialized training and working with three real estate firms such as SwissLife and Engel & Voelkers, Raffael founded his own company, Leimann Immobilien GmbH, with a strong focus on real estate brokerage. Today, he supports ActivaSwiss AG in the areas of property sales and leasing.

Born in 1994 in Zurich, Switzerland, Fabricio completed a commercial apprenticeship with a professional baccalaureate at Credit Suisse (UBS Group), followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. To deepen his expertise in the real estate sector, he also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate, gaining a strong foundation in complex property and finance structures. He built his professional career at two international banks in Zurich, including Julius Baer, Switzerland's leading private bank with a strong focus on the Latin American market. In 2020, he transitioned to MoneyPark, an independent brokerage firm specializing in mortgage financing. With his extensive knowledge of real estate finance, Fabricio supports ActivaSwiss AG on financing strategies and investment decisions.

Born in 2001 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Matheus is the youngest son of Urs Leimann. He completed a commercial apprenticeship with a professional baccalaureate in Business Hospitality Management and furthered his studies at EHL (École Hôtelière de Lausanne), Singapore campus. Alongside his academic path, he built a career in Asia—working as a fashion model for various luxury brands in Thailand and Taiwan and later beginning an acting career with WeTV (Tencent Group), one of Asia's leading media companies. At ActivaSwiss AG, Matheus focuses on strengthening networks between the Asia-Pacific and Swiss markets, with a particular emphasis on identifying and supporting new private equity opportunities.

Born in Fortaleza, Brazil, Lindalva supports the executive management team of ActivaSwiss AG on a part-time basis. She began her career in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working as an executive assistant at an international trade company, where she gained valuable professional experience at senior organizational levels. As the partner of Urs Leimann and mother of Matheus, she now contributes to the smooth coordination of administrative and organizational tasks within the Family Office.
